WESSLER ENGINEERING HOLIDAY PARTY MAGIC PROPOSAL

Hello Wessler Engineering team!

You're hosting around 140 employees and plus ones at the Biltwell Event Center on Saturday, December 12. You want something guests can choose to walk up to once the program wraps and the DJ starts.

Format:

  • Mingling magic, group to group, building bigger crowds as I go

  • A short, special performance that brings everyone together as the culmination of the evening

Timing:

I'll be there from 8:30 PM until the party wraps, performing from the moment I walk in. The night is planned to end at 10:30, but I'm happy to stay as long as your guests want more magic. I don't need any setup or a soundcheck. We'll plan the details together ahead of time.

Pricing:

  • Mingling Magic: $3,500. Flat rate including travel, no other charges.

Moving Forward:

Whenever you're ready, just reply with a "yes" and I'll send over a booking form.

Availability Note:

I'm holding December 12 for you until our follow-up call on Wednesday, November 11. If you need more time after that, just let me know.

Looking forward to making your holiday party unforgettable.

your event unforgettable!
