WARRIOR INSURANCE NETWORK KICK-OFF MAGIC PROPOSAL

Hello, Warrior Insurance Network team!

Your annual company kickoff is in March 2027 in Bedford Park, with about 500 employees. This year's theme is 007 / Vegas.
Leadership talks and your MCs run from 1:00 to 4:00, followed by a casino reception with roulette, craps, and poker until about 6:30.
The goal for the reception is to give everyone, gamblers and non-gamblers alike, something fun to do while they grab drinks and food and mingle.

Format:

  • Mingling Magic: $4,000

    • Fast-paced close-up magic throughout the casino reception, right in your employees' hands

    • Mind reading, expert sleight of hand, and pickpocketing that fit the secret-agent theme

    • Moving group to group to pull in the people on the edges and get departments mixing

    • Unlimited: I'm there for the whole reception, with no hourly clock

Timing:

  • Flat rate, including travel from Indianapolis. No other charges.

Moving Forward:

Whenever you're ready, reply with a “yes,” and we'll send over a booking form. A deposit locks in your date.

Availability Note:

Once your March date is set, send it my way and I'll confirm it's open. Dates book up early, so the sooner, the better.
