Hello Thompson Thrift team!

You're bringing 100 to 115 community managers together from across the country for one night after a full day of training, and you want something that gets them connecting and makes the evening memorable.

Format:

  • Close-up magic for the whole evening: happy hour, dinner, and after-dinner social time

  • A moment that brings the whole room together and ends the night on a high (Full Event Playbook)

  • Custom teaser video to send out ahead of the trip (Full Event Playbook)

  • The magical champagne toast during leadership's thank-you (Full Event Playbook)

Timing:

The evening is yours, so I can be there for the full 6–9 PM window. Once Vision Loft confirms the timing, we'll plan the exact flow and any custom touches together.

Pricing:

  • Mingling Magic: $3,000. Flat rate including travel, no other charges.

    Full Event Playbook (RECOMMENDED): $4,500. Flat rate including travel, no other charges.

Training-Day Programs:

If your training planners want something to energize the day, I also offer a short keynote with magic or a team-building workshop on experience design and growing stronger together. Happy to talk through fit with them.
