MAGIC PROPOSAL

Hello Edventure Team!

What a pleasure it's been to connect with David about your upcoming client appreciation dinner in Chicago. You're hosting a dozen to two dozen personal injury attorneys for a private dinner, with the goal of making them feel valued so the referrals keep coming back to Edventure.

Format Recommendation:

Based on your room size and your goals, the best format is a combination of close-up magic before dinner and a featured close-up magic show around dessert. The early pieces break the ice while guests arrive, connecting lawyers who haven't yet started talking and putting the room in a great mood before they sit down. The featured show around dessert is the shared "wow" moment that brings everyone together and gives them something memorable to talk about long after the dinner ends.

Timing:

I'm on-site from beginning to end. The featured close-up magic show typically runs 30 to 45 minutes, customizable to your evening's flow. We'll plan together ahead of time to design the right combination of mingling moments, featured show, and any custom touches that best meet your goals.

Pricing:

The Signature Evening: $3,000. Flat rate including travel, no other charges.

Optional custom touches we can build in (finalized on the planning call): a magical souvenir for every guest, using Edventure's custom-product capabilities, or a custom moment in the show built around your event's theme.
