HOWL & WINE MAGIC PROPOSAL

Hello Friends of Indy Animals team!

You’re hosting about 150 VIPs on the Terrace Garden at Elanco on October 22nd, and you're looking for a feature the whole room can experience at once.

Format:

  • Roaming close-up magic through the VIP reception

  • A teaser video to send out ahead of the event

  • Optional: the magical champagne toast during opening remarks

  • Optional: late-night magic after the program wraps

Timing:

I’m on-site for the full window. We’ll plan together ahead of time so the magic fits the rhythm of your night.

Pricing (Nonprofit rates, flat, including travel. No other charges):

  • The VIP Hour: $1,500. Approximately 90 minutes of mingling magic through the reception.

  • Two Magicians: $2,500. The same window with a second performer I trust, roughly doubling how many of your 150 guests get a moment. Subject to his availability.

  • The Full Evening: $3,000. Unlimited mingling magic with me all night, from the reception through late-night magic after the official program wraps. Includes the magical champagne toast.

    The magical champagne toast can be added to either of the first two packages for $300.

Availability Note:

I’m holding October 22nd for you until our follow-up call on Monday. If the committee needs more time after that, just let me know.

Separate from Howl & Wine, my nonprofit Magic For A Cause will donate a full show to a ticketed fundraiser if you’d like to
add another event to the calendar. Ask me about it Monday.
