ABOARD GALA PROPOSAL

Hello Children’s Museum Team!

What a pleasure connecting with Sam about the All Aboard Gala! Welcoming 400 supporters into a beautifully transformed Children's Museum, this is exactly the kind of night I love being part of.

Format Recommendation:

Here's what I'd recommend: as guests arrive, mingling magic breaks the ice, I move through the room pulling people together, getting them laughing, and giving them a story to carry through the night. During dinner, I fill in the gaps and keep the energy going. Then we bring everyone together on stage for a Magical Champagne Toast, rigged to pop on cue, followed by a featured stage performance custom-built for this group and this night.

Timing:

I'm on-site from beginning to end, first one there, last one to leave. I'm also checking availability for the two additional magicians to bring the full team for a room of 400. I'll follow up on that shortly.

Pricing:

The Signature Evening: $XXXX.

Optional custom touches we can build in (finalized on the planning call): a magical souvenir for every guest, using Edventure's custom-product capabilities, or a custom moment in the show built around your event's theme.
